A quadrature-inversion procedure is used to obtain expressions defining a class of near-equatorial intermediate satellite orbits with an accuracy to terms of the order of the square of the planetary oblateness. These expressions take into account all perturbations from the second zonal harmonic of the gravitational potential as well as secular and partially periodic perturbations from the arbitrary even zonal harmonic with a coefficient I2n, n greater than or equal to 2.
