The spin-3/2 perturbations of a rotating black hole are analyzed in the framework of linearized supergravity, expressing the complete solution of the Rarita-Schwinger equation in terms of a Debye potential. The equation governing the Debye potential is separated and the radial equation is transformed into a Schrödinger-type equation with a short-range potential from which the reflection and transmission coefficients can be calculated.
