The perfect-fluid energy-momentum tensor in the non-symmetric gravitation theory (NGT) is derived using a fluid variational technique. Two different approaches are used. The first involves conservation of rest mass as a fundamental fluid constraint in the total Lagrangian while the second involves the assumption of an equation of state P = P(rho sub zero). The relativistic fluid conservation equation and the Euler equation of motion for NGT are obtained using the derived fluid tensor.
