A full observational study about the planetary nebula (PN) IC 2149 is presented. Observations include radio continuum VLA-A 3.6-cm and high and low dispersion optical spectroscopy. High resolution morphology and kinematics are obtained, in addition to physical conditions from some regions of the nebula. Morphology suggests the presence of a collimated jet, whereas kinematics does not appear to be in agreement with such interpretation. Different hypothesis about the possible real structure of this nebula are discussed.
