Scientific paper

The heliographic-latitudinal distribution of sunspot-group velocity and
a series of other solar-activity parameters is examined. A correlation
is found between these parameters and the velocity distribution for
sunspot groups having average lifetimes. It is shown that sunspot-group
velocity changes with the phase of solar-activity cycle.
