The Natural History Museum has prepared four packages of meteorites, complete with teaching notes, available for loan at no cost to schools and colleges in the UK. The packages are aimed at different student ages (junior, senior and college) and contain a combination of hand specimens, mounts and thin sections. The loan programme is administered by the Particle Physics and Astronomy Research Council (PPARC).
