A description of the nonlinear coupling between intense neutrino fluxes and electrostatic electron-cyclotron-harmonic and convection modes in a nonuniform magnetoplasma is presented. It is found that the electron waves can be parametrically excited on account of the free energy of the coherent neutrino fluxes. The growth rates of the corresponding three-wave decay and modulational interactions are obtained. The nonthermally excited electrostatic plasma waves are associated with turbulent collision processes, which can be responsible for the anomalous absorption of the neutrino energy in supernova explosions.
