We observed Saturn's E and G rings and several small moons in the near infrared close to the time of Earth's crossing of the ring plane in August 1995. A combined radial profile of the E and G rings in a methane filter in the K band was obtained. The peak values of the E-ring vertically integrated normalized flux are 64.9 +/- 10.6 m at J, 40.0 +/- 4.1 m in a methane filter in the H band, and 37.2 +/- 1.9 m in the methane K band. The G-ring peak vertically integrated flux is 10.1 +/- 3.5 m at methane K. The infrared magnitudes of Hyperion, Mimas, Janus, Epimetheus, and Helene are also reported.
