Scientific paper

The relationship of the 11 and 22 year cycles of cosmic rays and solar
activity are examined. Deep river data on primary cosmic rays in the
0.1-1.5 GeV energy range are used to analyze the phenomenon of energy
hysteresis in cosmic-ray intensity during the inversion of the solar
magnetic field.
