Scientific paper

9 candidates of OH/IR stars with SiC circumstellar envelope are given in
this paper. It is shown from further study that among them 4 sources are
indeed, 2 are possible both carbon stars with SiC feature and OH/IR
stars with OH maser emission in 1612 MHz.
