Results are reported for photoelectric observations of Nova Scuti 1975. On the basis of its light curve, amplitude, and expansion velocity, this nova is assumed to have been an 'irregular' fast nova, with the principal light maximum occurring on May 10, 1975, and with subsequent mass ejection responsible for the irregularities in the light curve. It is estimated that the distance of the nova is 2.6 kpc, the mass of the ejected envelope is about 0.00002 solar mass, and the energy of the outburst was about 3 by 10 to the 44th power ergs.
