Cosmology: Brans-Dicke Theory, Universe: Density Perturbations
Scientific paper
A Brans-Dicke flat universe is studied, concerning density
perturbations, and found to be unstable. When compared with the general
relativity static flat universe, it is found that the speed of sound can
have real values in the BD case, while it has an imaginary value in
general relativity.
