Under conditions of solar corona plasma, the local kinetic increments and integral growth coefficients of whistlers propagating at an arbitrary angle with respect to the magnetic field are calculated. The calculations are carried out using the linear adiabatic approach to the distribution function of high-energy electrons including a beam with loss-cone and temperature anisotropy. Cerenkov, normal cyclotron, and anomalous cyclotron resonances during growth and decay are considered.
