The offered scenario on cometary cosmogony is based on assumed distinct origin of cometary solids. It predicts incorporation of grains of galactic origin as aggregates evolved from smaller interstellar particles into a mass of condensate. The latter is supposed to be obtained during an episodic snowfall producing the matrix material filling the cometary nucleus.
