A program is proposed for investigating the solar corona by the method of radiosonde observation by means of a space sonde put into a counter-terrestrial orbit. For determination of the electron concentration, it is proposed that the method of measuring group delay on two coherent radio frequencies be used. It is shown that only prolonged observations of the Faraday effect make it possible to determine the value of the product of the electron concentration by the intensity of the magnetic field and its sector structure. Using combined measurements of the polarization plane deflection angle and group delay, the electron concentration and the magnetic field of the dense corona regions are determined.
