Scientific paper

Systematic observations of the fluxes of ions with Z ≥ 6 and energies
of 4 - 20 MeV/nucleon made by the Kosmos satellite at altitudes of 300 -
400 km during 1985 - 1988 lead to the conclusion that there exist
streams of trapped ions of anomalous oxygen which had a charge Q ≅
1 prior to their capture.
