The theoretical exact formulas are derived which show the relations among the red-shift, the apparent magnitude and the number of sources with apparent magnitude smaller than a given one for extragalactic objects, in an anisotropic and homogeneous universe. These formulas will be used to measure the degree of anisotropy of our universe, if any, through astronomical observations.
