We have found the possible initial values og the scalar field λ, which the Hartle-Hawking cosmological wavefunction predicted at the beginning of the lorentzian stage of the evolution of the Universe. We have shown that the most probable values of λ are about 3-4 times smaller than those which provide the minimally sufficient duration of inflation.
