The paper presents calculations making it possible to determine the effects of planet size and navigation instrument accuracy on multiple autonomous corrections of the trajectory of an interplanetary spacecraft during the planetary approach segment. A distribution of correction points is determined which assures minimum consumption of fuel for the correction procedure. The case of double correction on approach to Mars is considered.
