We present the results of study of middle-resolution optical spectra of comet 153P/ (Ikeya-Zhang) obtained on May 5, 2002 with the help of the 2.12 - m reflector of the Guillermo Haro Astrophysical Observatory. Emission lines of the molecules C2, C3, CN, NH2, CO (Asundi and triplet bands), and H2O+ were identified in these spectra. Using Shulman's model on the basis of the intensity distribution along the slit of the spectrograph in C2, C3, CN emission lines the velocities expansion and life times of these molecules were determined: C2 (5165 A) [201 m?sec-1, 3.08?106 sec]; C3 (4050 A) [166 m?sec-1, 0.075?106 sec] ? CN (4200 A) [157 m?sec-1, 0.06?106 sec]. Using Haser's model the rates of gasproductivities of the molecules C2, C3 and CN were estimated and the ratio C2/CN=0.47 for near nucleus region of the comet was determined. This ratio is higher that one for "average" comet. The possibility of detection of emission lines of CO (bands of Asundi and triplet) in the cometary spectra is discussed and calculations of the factors of Franck-Condon for thesse lines were made. Possible mechanisms of excitation of optical bands of CO in cometary spectra are considered. The role of the CO2+ molecules as a parent one for excitation of optical bands of the CO molecule is discussed.
