We present CCD V and Ic band photometry and spectrophotometry of the
object IRAS 20192+3025. The results of this study indicate the object to
be a red giant of spectral type M4-6 with periodic variations in the
light curve at 20.9 and 40.6 days. The resulting variability type is
SRB.
