We estimate the probability of quantum creation of the universe, having the spatial topology (S1)3, and filled with the fields of minimal N = 1 supergravity, in the semiclassical approximation. After creation, inflation of the universe occurs due to the topological Casimir effect. Creation of the universe with an isotropic topology is found to be the most preferable.
