The consequences of novel high-energy electroweak phenomena are studied in the context of cosmic-ray physics. The production of many electroweak gauge bosons (~=30-100) by cosmic rays gives rise to large zenith-angle multimuon events which are free of background. We find detection rates of up to a few events per year for neutrino-induced phenomena in detectors currently under construction.
