The summary light curve of variable star Cyg X-1 on V-electrophotometric observations with 0.5 m reflector of Lviv observatory is constructed. Photometrical period P = 5.6d and amplitude 0.05m are confirmed. At the base analysis of quick (10 - 20 min) light changes in summary light curve of little amplitude (ΔV ≤ 0.1m) in minima the conclusion is made that these changes occur not on the visible star but in accretion disc as flickering in X-rays. The author states that these flashes are only phenomenon for experimental study of accretion disc around black hole Cyg X-1. They permit to identify the number of "stationary" Kepler orbits the accretion disc.
