Recently several experimental observations such as the DAMA annual modulation, the PAMELA positron excess and the precise measurement of the electron+positron flux by FERMI-Lat have been interpreted as possible hints for the detection of Dark Matter. However the neutralino, which is widely considered as the most popular particle physics candidate to explain the Dark Matter in the Universe, appears, at least in the most standard scenarios, to be at odds with these observations. I will shortly summarize the present situation and suggest two possible solutions: light neutralinos in models with non-universal gaugino masses to explain DAMA annual modulation and R-symmetric dirac gauginos to explain PAMELA/FERMI-Lat.
