We study dynamical evolutions of spatial surfaces with genus g>=2 in (2+1)-dimensional pure Einstein gravity by the perturbation analysis around static moduli solutions. We find that an action of the perturbed Teichmüller parameters has a harmonic-oscillator form with a time-dependent mass and frequency. It is also shown that a set of the static moduli solutions is an attractor of nearby solutions.
