The signals and secular variations of the present-day global geoid and free air gravity anomalies induced by Pleistocene deglaciation are computed and mapped. A revised Green function is derived for the free air gravity anomaly. An earth model with a lower mantle viscosity that is moderately larger than the upper mantle viscosity is developed, which satisfies observations of the free air gravity anomaly. This model is used to predict global geoid anomaly, showing peak negative values of -36.7, -9.4, and -21.9 m over Hudson's Bay, northern Europe, and Antarctica, respectively. Constraints on the sizes and spatial distributions of the Pleistocene ice loads are used to generate ice sheet parameters.
