We have investigated the non-linear growth of density fluctuations in the spherically symmetric system of collisionless cold particles in the expanding universe. We found that the Fourier spectrum of density distribution obeys the power law after the first appearance of singularity and the value of the power index is the same irrespective of initial conditions and does not change as time goes on. This is because the value of the power index is determined only by the type of singularity of the density, which is classified in accord with the catastrophe theory, and A2 type appears in this system. This feature is the same as that for one-dimensional system in the expanding universe.
