Scientific paper

The Spallation Neutron Source at Oak Ridge will provide an intense source of neutrinos in the tens of MeV range, which nicely overlaps with the supernova neutrino energy range. I will describe the Neutrinos at the SNS (νSNS) program planned to exploit this high power, high quality source for studies of neutrino cross-sections relevant for supernova neutrino physics.
