RXJ1242-1119 showed a giant X-ray outburst. The most likely
interpretation is a tidal disruption event that occured in one of the
two non-active galaxies that are located in the X-ray error circle. The
Chandra observation is proposed to identify the counterpart and further
constrain the amplitude of variability.
