New lightcurves of the main belt asteroid 683 Lanzia combined with data
collected between 1979 - 2006 have allowed a secure shape model
to be developed, refining the spin axis to ? = 244 ±5o, ß=
44 ±5o and the sidereal period to 8.62926 ± 0.00001 h.
