A Fabri-Perot spectrometer for examination of astronomical objects with high spatial and spectral resolution is developed. Wide-band and circular variable filter were used for pre-decomposition. The measuring instrument was designed to be compatible with telescopes of varied aperture numbers and was equipped with a modular computer and cards for quick data transfer. The sensitivity was improved for optimization of surface detector representation methods. Results were obtained for the Seyfert-2 galaxy NGC 1068 and the Milky Way center, which supplied images of galactic nuclei in emission lines of varied atomic species. Seyfert-2 galaxy was recorded in Br-gamma recombination line of atomic hydrogen and of a quadrupole transfer of molecular hydrogen, whose emission has a cloud structure morphology. It can be concluded that galactic circumnuclear materials is aggregated in molecular clouds. A dozen compact sources were discovered in the Milky Way with broad helium emission lines. It can be deduced that luminosity is produced in galactic center through stars.
