It has been reported that observations made with BATSE of GRB 920229 show the continuum spectrum to be best-fit with a broken power law and that this fit demonstrates a sharp cutoff above 200 keV. The sharpness of this reported cutoff, ΔE/E=18%, is difficult to explain within the current paradigm for GRBs. We report our analysis of the continuum spectrum of GRB 920229. While a broken power law provides an excellent fit to the data, we find that the now standard Band GRB function provides an equally good fit. Furthermore, a broken power-law fit gives a moderate change in slope at the break rather than the reported dramatic change. Our analysis shows that the spectrum has a gradual cutoff typical of No-High Energy (NHE) events. .
