The influence of matter density perturbations on the resonance neutrino conversion and in particular the parametric enchancement of neutrino oscillations is considered. The conditions are found for which small density variations result in strong change of the neutrino flux. Possible consequences of parametric effects for solar and supernovae neutrinos are discussed.
