Results are presented of the statistical analysis of the spatial distributions of reflected solar radiation, the self-radiation of the ocean-atmosphere system, and cloudiness, which were determined using data from aerial and spaceborne observations. Based on the correlations of quantitative estimates obtained in the analysis, direct and inverse relationships were derived for the statistical characteristics of the ocean-atmosphere radiation fields.
