Current models of the Laurentide deglaciation predict only 15 percent to
30 percent of the observed Hudson Bay free-air gravity anomaly low.
Unless these models are able to be modified, the source of the remainder
of this free-air gravity anomaly must be sought elsewhere, such as in
mantle convection.
