A theoretical analysis of the translational-rotational motion of the axisymmetric satellite of a triaxial planet is presented. The existence is demonstrated of steady solutions in certain particular cases of the translational-rotational motion of the axisymmetric satellite of a triaxial planet in the presence of double resonance between the rotation of the planet, the orbital motion of the satellite, and its rotational motion.
