I will discuss two recent atomic clock measurements which constrain CPT and Lorentz symmetry violation. Atomic hydrogen masers have been used to set a clean limit on CPT and Lorentz symmetry violation of the proton at the 10^-27 GeV level, while the two-species ^129Xe/^3He Zeeman maser has been used to bound violations of CPT and Lorentz symmetry of the neutron at the 10^-31 GeV level.
