Many high energy solar energetic particles (SEPs), potentially threatening astronauts and instruments on space missions, are considered to be accelerated by CME-driven shocks in interplanetary space. So that it is important to know the mechanisms of space energetic particles transport with acceleration of CME-driven shocks. But they still remain a puzzle for decades. For simplicity purpose, usually a black-box model is used to treat shock acceleration as a black box, i.e., a moving source of energetic particles. In this talk, we present an extension of black-box model to include the effects of perpendicular diffusion and magnetic field models of CMEs. Based on a numerical solution of the SEP transport equation with the extended black-box model, we get intensity and anisotropy time profiles of shock accelerated particles propagating in 3-dimensional interplanetary magnetic field. In addition, we will compare our numerical results with spacecraft observations in order to better understand SEPs acceleration by interplanetary shocks.
