From 2007 to 2009, the Sun experienced its longest solar minimum in a century. Around November 2009, observations were made of this unusually-generated solar wind from 1 to 215 solar radii using the Greenbank Telescope (GBT), Effelsberg Telescope (Eff), the Ootacamund (Ooty) Radio Telescope (ORT), BSA-LPI, and the Solar-Terrestrial Environment Laboratory (STELab) arrays. Each observed a different set of radio sources and/or different frequencies (Table below). GBT measured the Faraday rotation (FR) of the MESSENGER (MESS) radio frequency (RF) signal from 1 to 5.5 solar radii, and Eff measured the scintillation of MESS (5.5 solar radii). We discovered a semi-periodic fluctuation in FR on 08 November around 20 minutes potentially consisting of an MHD wave, and on 10 November, a spatially limited discrete structure was present reversing the FR by 80 degrees. We will discuss our continuing analysis of this unique dataset. The radio antennas deployed for the campaign observations
