Voyager 2 has been in the heliosheath over three years. We present the newest heliosheath plasma data and put it in context with previous observations. Voyager 2 recently observed an increase in the plasma speed coincident with a decrease in the plasma density. The non-radial flow components also increased so that the flow angle remained constant. The temperature continued its slow decrease across this boundary. We suggest that Voyager 2 is encountering an increasing percentage of polar hole wind with higher speeds and lower density. This hypothesis is consistent with heliospheric current sheet tilt data from the Wilcox Solar Observatory, which shows that Voyager 2 is now passing below the heliolatitude of the current sheet.
