HR diagrams are constructed using data from the Michigan Catalogues of
Two-Dimensional Spectral Types for the HD Stars, from δ = -90°
to δ = -26°, for stars within 100 pc and within 25 pc.
Histograms of the distribution with distance for various spectral types
out to 100 pc are also presented.
