The unexpected "ribbon" of enhanced ENA flux observed in the IBEX all-sky maps has generated much speculation about what could be generating this effect. Here we present our results of modeling a mechanism based on secondary ENAs created outside the heliopause from pick-up ions gyrating around the interstellar magnetic field. We will address how parameters in the solar wind and local interstellar medium affect the shape, location and intensity of the simulated ribbon.
