A rigorous solution is found for the problem. The solution was constructed as a spherical harmonic expansion. This allowed tracing the dependence of radial functions on spatial coordinates for arbitrary values of the model parameters and the summation indexes. The convergence of the series has been demonstrated and a qualitative estimate of its sum is obtained.
