This paper presents the second part of the work where for the first time the joint evolution of a neutron and a normal star in a close massive binary is computed. Physical characteristics for various types of massive binaries with neutron stars, as well as their occurrence in the Galaxy, are determined by the method of computer simulation. The total number of observable types turns out to be ≡20. As just one type of systems is so far observable and reliably identified (an X-ray pulsar with a supergiant companion), possible candidates to other types are discussed.
