Effective temperatures, bolometric corrections, radii and surface gravities are obtained for eight stars of spectral types B2-A7: α Lyr, γ Ori, η UMa, α Leo, β Tau, α Peg, β Ari, α Aql. These stars were used as standards in the process of spectrophotometric stellar catalogue compilation. The comparison with theoretical models calculated by Kurucz was made using the obtained Te and log g values. It is shown that for the stars earlier than A7 the observed energy distribution is in good agreement with theoretical models in the region λλ3200-10800 Å.
