The Winona meteorite consists largely of enstatite (Fs 6 ) and olivino (Fa 5 ), with nickel-iron (largely weathered to limonite), plagioclase (An 10 ), troilite, and accessory amounts of diopside, chromite, apatite, daubreelite, graphite, and alabandite. The chemical analysis is Fo 2.95, Ni 1.20, Co 0.04, FeS 4.11, SiO 2 41.13, TiO 2 0.14, Al 2 O 3 2.34, Cr 2 O 3 0.29, Fe 2 O 3 11.73, FeO 3.21, MnO 0.25, MgO 26.73, CaO 1.30, Na 2 O 0.94, K 2 O 0.07, P 2 O 5 0.20, H 2 O + 2.28, H 2 O - 0.30, C 0.46, total 99.67.
