Two of the strengths of the NICMOS (Near-Infrared Camera and Multi-Object Spectrometer) cameras on the Hubble Space Telescope are sensitivity and the stability of the point spread function. These characteristics permit a search for the late O to early B main sequence stars that should be present based on the existence of blue and red supergiants such as the IRS16 stars and IRS7. This paper presents progress reports on the search for these stars, and on the establishment of the NICMOS photometric system in support of such a search.
