The authors investigate the translatory-rotational motion of two deformable planets in the restricted three-body problem. It is established that as a result of tidal evolution there exists the tendency to commensurability between the mean angular velocities of rotatial and orbital motions. It is proved that the axis of symmetry of a dynamically eleongated planet deviates from the line connecting the centers of masses of planets by a small angle which is proportional to the parameters defining the viscous-elastic properties of the planet.
