Theoretical and experimental results from the search for a fifth fundamental force using the past six years are reviewed. The elementary phenomenology involved in the search for the fifth force is examined, and the results of composition-independent and composition-dependent experiments deviations from Newtonian gravity are addressed. The results elementary particle experiments are briefly discussed.
